Chapel Hill Eyecare is proud to announce our partnership with the new environmentally-friendly frame line: eco - earth conscious optics

eco is a radically new approach to eyewear using recycled metal and plastic. eco reinterprets the whole product lifecycle in an environmentally sustainable way, starting with its recycled content, certified by UL Environment.

eco plants a tree for each frame sold together with trusted non-profit organizations, and makes it easy to donate unused frames to people in developing countries.

Meet our Licensed Optician: Kevin O'Guin

Although born in Alabama, Kevin grew up in various states throughout the Southeast. He moved to the Triangle in 1981 to study opticianry at Durham Technical Institute. Not long after graduating, he joined Chapel Hill Eyecare.

Kevin is the most seasoned member of our team. With over 20 years of experience and more than 20,000 pairs of glasses under his belt, we feel his expertise and experience is unmatched in the area. At Chapel Hill Eyecare we take pride in our attention to detail and our patients appreciate the meticulous craftsmanship in all of Kevin's work. The personalized care that you get here, from the exam room to optical, will not be found at any retail store or glasses chain.
